6-5-11

You'd of thought that after
taking a 3 hour nap yesterday I would
have gotten up early today.
Not!  I slept in til 10am and had a very
hard time waking up.  Felt like I could
have slept til noon with no problem.
Anyways, we got up and headed out
to Twin Lakes near Muirfield, Ohio
in Delaware county.
It wasn't far from the golf tournament
as you could see the blimp and
little planes flying nearby.
This was our first time at these lakes.
We like to venture out and try new areas.
The kids caught some small bluegills.
I didn't catch anything
but was able to watch a bunch of
carps swimming near where
I was fishing, which was by the boat dock.
They were in the shallow areas of the
water with their mouths out of the water
skimming it for food.  In some
areas the water was so shallow you could
see their top fins out of the water. It was
pretty neat to watch.  They weren't
interested in any worm or dough ball
that I had, bummer!

We stopped in Kroger on the way
home from fishing to get Tony's
prescription.

This evening we got out the pool
the kids got for Christmas.
Got it set up and put together.
It'll probably take most of the night/morning
to fill up as it holds 500 gallons of water.
Oh I can't wait to see the next water bill.

It was $100 pool marked down to $25.
The cover was only $2.50 and I don't
remember the price before mark down.

This evening Jonathan saw a baby
rabbit in our side yard.
He hides in the flowers around
the rock at the end of the drive way.
He's no bigger than the palm of my hand,
tiny little thing.
